HypnoMothering™ aims to extend to new mothers the tools that many therapists offer in their private practice for clients with anxiousness, sleep issues and other blocks to new mothers who might be struggling with the same thing. This is done by providing a safe place for mothers to explore, enhance and resolve their myriad of feelings and where they can feel empowered as new mothers to embrace their own unique journey free from outside expectations or judgement

Like HypnoBirthing®, this is achieved through relaxation, affirmations, self-hypnosis and breathing techniques as well as positive and practical discussions on the transformation of Motherhood. The practical components of this course can enhance communication with those supporting you in your post-natal period including your partner, your family and friends. It can give you some tools and ideas to feel in control, capable and supported. The techniques are easy to learn and quick to implement. This course is about empowering and valuing mothers, and setting realistic expectations.

HypnoMothering provides insight and encouragement for every mum on her mothering journey and aims to equip each mum to clarify her basic needs during baby’s early months, and feel empowered to create her optimum support system. The class explores social and cultural pressures around mothering, and invites each mother to balance the information overflow while acting confidently on her own mothering instincts.
The course is fun to do in a relaxed atmosphere. It can be done privately or as a group – bring your own Mama tribe, or find a group of like-minded Mamas all set up with a new set of skills to navigate motherhood with calm. You can choose to do this course during your pregnancy or within the first 12 months of Motherhood. You do not need any HypnoBirthing experience at all - this course is open to all mothers and mothers to be, looking to enhance their mothering with more calm, balance, and energy.
